Founded in 2000, under the Quantum Consulting brand, the main goal was to provide safe, reliable, and scalable infrastructure to small businesses throughout the Metro Atlanta area. This included ISDN, T1s, DSL, and VoIP, with an underlying CAT6 network. This often included an assortment of Cisco hardware, Linux and Windows servers.

As the internet matured from being a luxury to being a critical utility, our service offerings followed suit. We began offering multi-location high speed fiber circuits, network design, network troubleshooting, network management, and VPN deployments.

We have continually adapted to meet the needs of the community.

The pandemic of 2020 exposed the fact that most of the world was not ready to work remotely. Our long-standing strategic partnership with the world’s leading cybersecurity hardware manufacturer, Fortinet, coupled with our Google Workspace and Office 365 certifications allowed us to quickly deploy teleworker solutions to the private schools and businesses throughout Alabama, Florida, and Georgia. When e-learning and teleworking became crucial, we dovetailed our operations and switched our focus to ensuring that students and businesses throughout the region had as seamless a transition as possible to accessing their respective networks from home. We are proud to say that these actions improved student engagement and reduced the number of absentee students.

Rooted deeply in the education community, our dedicated education specialists regularly attend national conferences, including ISTE, USAC, GaETC, and GAMEIS, to gain knowledge and updates that we take back to our regional customers. Our team of specialists are members in several local, state and national K-12 education associations.
